a) When you visit this website

The site is served as static pages. No advertising or profiling cookies are used. The hosting provider may keep technical logs for security and infrastructure purposes.

b) When you book an appointment

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Appointment date and time
• Any notes you choose to add

You are not asked for, and do not need to provide, information about your medical condition when booking. Please discuss your symptoms with the doctor during the consultation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to create, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698: processing necessary for the performance of a contract.

4. International transfers

The appointment calendar is provided through Cal.com. The name and email address you submit are therefore processed on servers located outside Türkiye.

5. Retention

Appointment records are kept for [period] from the appointment date and deleted thereafter. If a consultation takes place, your clinical file is retained separately for the periods set out in Turkish health legislation, which is outside the scope of this notice.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
